Rigid impact deflection and superior shell strength are built directly into the Arai GP-J3 via its proprietary Peripherally Belted Complex Laminate Construction (PB-cLc). Certified to strict Snell SA2020 and FIA 8859-2015 safety standards, this open-face motorsport helmet extends its structural facial coverage forward to shield the lower jaw area while maintaining an incredibly low center of gravity that actively reduces neck fatigue during long track sessions.
Advanced cockpit airflow and temperature management are driven by the integrated ventilation system featuring four independent, closable top intake and exhaust vents. The open-face profile allows for completely unrestricted driver communication and effortless hydration, while the adjustable upper peak shield includes a removable anti-glare tinted lens to block harsh overhead sunlight without hindering your upward field of view.
Tailored interior stability and premium facial support are provided by Arai’s signature Facial Contour System (FCS) sculpted cheek pads. Wrapped in a fully fire-resistant Nomex lining, the entire interior cushion system can be easily removed for washing or swapped out for custom padding thicknesses. Built track-ready, the shell comes standard with factory-embedded M6 threaded terminal washers to facilitate seamless, secure anchoring for standard HANS and Frontal Head Restraints.
